Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta is hoping that two of his injured players will be available in the North London derby against Tottenham Hotspur on November 23.

The news that Gabriel Jesus has resumed team training following an ACL tear has already been welcomed by the Gunners, who are anticipated to receive several injury boosts over the international break.

After rupturing his cruciate ligament during the FA Cup loss to Manchester United in January, the Brazil international was out for ten months.

However, he is now expected to return before the end of the year.

On the list of Arsenal’s injured stars, which also includes Martin Odegaard, Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke, Kai Havertz, and Gabriel Martinelli, Jesus remains expected to be the final player off the rank.

According to The Mirror, none of the five are anticipated to remain absent for much longer during the international window.

And two are said to be vying to return in time for Tottenham immediately following the break.

Gyokeres sustained a muscular injury during Arsenal’s 2-0 victory against Burnley two Saturdays ago.

But according to sources at the time, the Sweden international avoided an awful injury, and he should soon resume full training.

Madueke, meanwhile, has been sidelined since injuring his knee during the 1-1 draw with Manchester City in September.

It was initially reported that the winger would need to spend up to eight weeks in the treatment room.
